Located in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, The Mount Carmel Early Childhood Center is a progressive preschool for 2, 3, and 4 year-olds welcoming families of all faiths and backgrounds. Inspired by Reggio-Emilia and Bank Street College’s developmental-interaction approach, we believe that preschool children learn best through purposeful play and when units of study are reflective of their interests, life experiences, and natural curiosity for the world. Through collaboration, exploration, and asking questions we are helping children develop a lifelong love of learning.
